DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipping Time: All orders are shipped door-to-door from our center in New Delhi to your provided shipping address through courier service. Processing of the order normally takes 3 working days and then shipping normally takes another 2-3 working days (total: 5-8 working days).

Shipping Charges: There is no shipping charge to be paid additionally. All our prices are gross prices and are inclusive of shipping charges. You would pay only prices listed in the website.

Minimum Order: The minimum order value / per shipment transaction acceptable is Rs: 250-00

Shipping Destinations: We provide shipping to a large number of destinations as currently possible. Please check with our list of shipping destinations before making purchase. Shipping destinations offered for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different address / people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery / delay of orders, in case of wrong / incomplete delivery address including PO. Box details in any part or form.

Taxes: For domestic shipments (within India) all prices shown are final prices, meaning they are inclusive of all taxes as applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipping Time All orders are shipped door-to-door from our center in New Delhi (India) to your provided shipping address through courier service. Processing of the order normally takes 3 working days and then shipping normally takes another 4-6 working days (total: 7-9 working days)

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are NOT INCLUDED in the prices listed in the website and need to be paid additionally. Net weight of each item is indicated in the product page itself. With this you can calculate total weight of your selected products. For knowing cost of courier charges, you may refer to our page / link of "International Courier Charges"

Payment is done in TWO parts. Firstly you pay only the net cost of products. On your confirmation and payment, you will receive an invoice by e-Mail for courier charges and this e-Mail will include link to payment gate. On clicking this link you would be able to pay this second part of payment towards courier charges. On your making this 2nd part of payment, shipping will be processed.

Minimum Order: The minimum order value / per shipment transaction acceptable is U.S. Dollars: 125-00 (U.S. Dollars One Hundred Twenty Five only)

Shipping Destinations: At present we are providing shipping services to 30 countries. Please check with our list of shipping destinations before making purchase. Shipping destinations offered for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different address / people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery / delay of orders in case the delivery address is wrong / incomplete and includes PO. Taxes & Custom Duties:All orders are shipped from our center in New Delhi (India) to your provided shipping address through courier service. Due to the nature of international shipping and prevailing local custom / tax rules, a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are, levied once a shipment reaches destination country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty tax charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs duty / taxes are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional charges. We take no responsibility for non-delivery / delay of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

However, Decotex-india.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If in any exceptional situation a product offered by Decotex-india.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in perfect unused condition.

PRICING
Except where notified otherwise, the Price list displayed for products on our website, whether in Indian Rupees (INR) or in U.S. Dollars (USD) represents the full price of the product and shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping charges. With respect to payment, we charge your credit card or debit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship particular product of your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of that particular product not available.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES, WASH CARE & SIZES
Please read our chart about Product Characteristics, Wash Care, Color Fastness levels and Size chart to familiarize about our products. Majority of our products are hand-woven and hand-made using the natural fibers. The minor variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic characteristics of these hand made products. Our products evolve from crafts-based traditions of handloom weaving, environment friendly dyeing, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Color Vision
All care is taken to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Decotex-india.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Out of stock situation: We try our best to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we find that this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 3 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Order once confirmed can not be cancelled. We do not entertain / encourage exchanges and / or returns. Hence we request you to kindly be decisive and be sure while shopping and before submitting the order confirmation. In the rare cases of any gross manufacturing defect, we will accept returns in proper condition (subject to Product properties, Wash Care, Color fastness levels & Size chart as explained in our website - kindly read the same carefully to familiarize about the product properties). However this may be considered in rarest of rare cases only.
